I recently stayed at Cascade Hotel and had a wonderful experience. For a two-week stay, the hotel offered everything I needed at a great price. The modern and newly decorated rooms were comfortable, with a soft bed and clean sheets. I appreciated the USB ports and the ability to watch YouTube on the TV. The high water pressure showers were refreshing, and the daily room service was a nice touch. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist with a smile. The food served in the restaurant was also superb, and the location near a big mall and metro made it convenient to explore.

Unbeatable location close to everything and very professional staff.

I had a really great stay for 3 nights at this fairly clean boutique hotel. I liked spending my time in the double room with windows overlooking the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a spacious reception area that includes a cafe serving specialty coffees. The room I stayed in was brand new and had great fixtures and fittings, with nice lighting and a high-end feel. The balcony was larger than other hotels, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at Cascade Hotel were very helpful and accommodating, and the security was top-notch with 24/7 posted security guards. The room was also very soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the bathroom amenities provided were fantastic, including toothbrush, comb, and sewing kit. I had a great experience at Cascade Hotel Bangkok.

One minor drawback was that the restaurant upstairs wasn't open due to the hotel being new. However, the cafe in the reception area provided both western cafe food and Thai dishes.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay at this venue for my trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and the ICONSIAM shopping center. The room was soundproofed and comfortable, with all of the amenities I needed for my stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and the service was exceptional. I enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and trying some of the delicious cocktails from the bar.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.
